In this video I show you how to make 3 different type of gummies, strawberry, sour & herbal tea!
This recipe is perfect to make it with kids or to treat yourself with a little snack!
STRAWBERRY GUMMIES
INGREDIENTS
1 Pack sugar-free strawberry jello
4 Packs unflavoured gelatine
3/4 cups of boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS
-Place boiling water into a bowl
-Add gelatine and mix till dissolved
-Add jello and mix all together
-Place your mix into gummy molds
-Let them rest for 20 - 30 mins or until mix reaches the gummy consistency
SOUR & SPICY GUMMIES
INGREDIENTS
1 Pack sugar-free raspberry jello
4 Packs unflavoured gelatine
3/4 Cups of boiling water
1/2 Lime juice
1 Tbsp of Tajín (or chilli powder of your preference)
1 Tsp Erythritol
INSTRUCTIONS
-Place boiling water into a bowl and squish 1/4 lemon into the water
-Mix them until combined
-Add gelatine and mix till dissolved
-Dump jello powder and mix all together
-Add 1/2 tbsp of Tajín into the mix and mix
-Place your mix into gummy molds
-Let them rest for 20 - 30 mins or until mix reaches the gummy consistency
-Place your gummies into a mold and add 1/4 lime juice
-Add 1/2 tbsp of tajín and erythritol and mix until all gummies are covered
HERBAL TEA GUMMIES
INGREDIENTS
3 Tea bags
4 Packs unflavoured gelatine
1 cup of boiling water
2-3 Tbsp of erythritol
INSTRUCTIONS
-Place tea bags into boiling water and let it infuse for about 5 minutes
-Add erythritol and mix
-Pour gelatine into the tea infusion and mix till dissolved
-Place your mix into gummy molds
-Let them rest for 20 - 30 mins or until mix reaches the gummy consistency
