1/2 cup of apple juice
1/4 cup of water
3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons of honey, more if you like it sweeter or add any low carb sweetener of your choice
3 tables of lemon juice
Mix the water, honey, gelatin nd lemon and mix well, place to the side and over a low burner mix the half cup of apple juice and half cup of vinegar. warm but do not bring to a boil, add the gelatin mixture and mix well until its all dissolved. take of the burner cool off for about 5 mins and pour in molds of your choice.
