Watch out for this Oprah Winfrey keto gummies diet and weight loss scam that appears to use an AI voice with artificial intelligence and a deepfake video as if she was promoting the products, that then leads to adec-clarinete.com that was designed by scammers to look like the Facebook website. The ad is running on Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network, and Messenger in April 2023. It is the latest iteration of the scam that claims Oprah Winfrey endorsed or created Go90 Keto + Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies sort of magic keto or CBD gummy or pill that can help with weight loss. Her image and likeness have been used for many years for other scams that have been hosted by Meta, and this is just the most recent one that's going around. Oprah Winfrey has nothing to do with CBD or keto gummies products or any weight loss supplements or miracle pills. Don't believe any of it.
If you were scammed by this weight loss gummies scam that used Oprah Winfrey's image and likeness, I recommend you contact the company or contact the payment method you used to make the purchase, such as your credit card company, and let them know you saw a scam article that falsely claimed a famous person or celebrity endorsed the product. Scams like these can hurt people, and I hope that my efforts here on my YouTube channel can help.
My advice on avoiding scams like these is this: If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Also, look at the web address to make sure you're actually on the publication that the article claims you're on. Scammers have been known to copy the design of prominent news publishers like Time magazine, Fox News, CNN, and others, and they replicate that look on scam websites to fool people into thinking they're reading from that publisher's website, when in reality they're reading a scam article. Finally, if you're looking into some sort of medicinal product or something that's supposed to make you look better or live better, ask your doctor. Generally speaking, there are so many snake oil products out there, so be careful.
Please tap the like button, the thumbs up button, as that will show Google and YouTube that my video has value, so that it can then land higher in Google search results and be seen by people who might be close to being scammed. Also, please tap the "Thanks" button if you would like to do so, as that would make my efforts worthwhile. Thank you for watching.

Kelly Clarkson Weight Loss Story: Overcoming Negative Self-Talk
Breaking Free from Unhealthy Habits
When it comes to weight loss, many of us have been there - stuck in a vicious cycle of self-doubt and negative body image. Singer Kelly Clarkson has openly talked about her struggles with emotional eating and the impact it had on her mental health. However, through determination and hard work, she successfully transformed her lifestyle and achieved remarkable weight loss results.
One key aspect of Clarkson's journey was identifying and addressing the underlying issues that led to overeating. By recognizing how stress triggered cravings for comfort foods, she learned coping mechanisms such as meditation and exercise to manage emotions without relying on food. This shift in perspective not only helped her achieve a healthier body composition but also improved her overall well-being.
Embracing Sustainable Weight Loss Strategies
Rather than adopting fad diets or extreme calorie restriction, Clarkson opted for sustainable lifestyle changes that prioritized balanced nutrition and mindful eating. By focusing on nutrient-dense foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, she ensured adequate energy levels without feeling deprived. Moreover, practicing portion control and savoring each bite allowed her to develop a healthier relationship with food.
Research supports the effectiveness of this approach: studies have consistently shown that sustainable weight loss is more likely when individuals adopt lifestyle changes rather than relying on quick fixes (1). By choosing nutrient-dense foods and mindful eating practices, we can cultivate healthy habits that support long-term weight management goals.
